Corey, his wife Cassie, and two children are excited to make Florida home.

Maria Scriven is the newest member of Locality’s Loan Administration team. She brings over 10 years of experience in banking and the mortgage industry. In her new role, Maria will work closely with the Loan Operations Director and become an integral part of Locality’s team by providing support to both lenders and members so that they can focus on what they do best—creating buying opportunities for their members.

Leo is a treasury management and small business banking expert. He leads Locality’s treasury management strategy to deliver on customer needs through technology and process innovation. He’s responsible for driving growth and profitability through client acquisition and deposits. Leo was born in Venezuela but grew up living in many countries, which has given him unique exposure to multiple cultures and international trends. In his spare time, he enjoys outdoor biking, hiking, and playing backgammon.

Blaine is a Florida native with over a decade of experience in commercial banking, specific to the tri- county area. His extensive knowledge of credit and portfolio management enables him to provide a customized approach to underwriting, contributing to a unique and personalized experience for Bank customers. He holds a strong passion for community banking and assisting local businesses with their financial needs. Blaine is a former Class A member of the PGA of America. Outside of the office, he is an avid golfer, enjoys traveling, and spending time with his family and friends.
