As Locality Bank’s Senior Vice President and Chief Revenue Officer, Litrento will be responsible for driving growth by utilizing the extensive network of successful business clients he has helped throughout his 35-year banking career. Litrento’s executive-level experience and extensive network will be a great asset to Locality Bank as it continues its impressive growth. Locality, which opened in January of 2022, increased its loans and deposits by 95% from 2022 to 2023 and continues to grow in the first quarter of 2024.

Over the past 35 years, Litrento has built his career working with some of banking’s biggest players while serving in leadership positions overseeing teams of 160 to 350 associates. Litrento served as BankUnited’s Senior Executive of Retail & Business Banking for over 12 years and Executive Vice President and Business Banking Director with the bank for one year prior. Before his career at BankUnited, he worked with Regions Bank, Union Planters Bank, and Bank of America. He graduated from Florida Southern College, earning his Bachelor of Science in Finance and Marketing.
